Murton Farm in Forfar is a working visitor farm – you can take the kids along and see the animals. There’s also an adventure trail and a variety of other activities including a tea room serving lovely cakes. It’s also a registered charity and you can sponsor the animals.
Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) is based just outside Perth. It was formed in 2012 to assist the existing Scottish Air Ambulance Service. It’s a registered charity and they do an awesome job saving lives in difficult-to-reach places.

The D’Arcy Thompson Zoology Museum is part of the University of Dundee and is named after the famous Scottish zoologist D’Arcy Thompson. His most famous book “On Growth and Form” was largely written in Dundee.
